Today I'm sharing with you how I made my ain dishwasher safe, inexpensive DIY black painted drinking glass plates that I used for a black and white tablescape.

Underground trick: the drinking glass plates are painted on the underside so no nutrient or cut is done on the actual painted surface. They can too be used every bit gorgeous charger plates!

Items needed:

– Chalkboard Paint for Drinking glass – this paint is specially made to adhere to glass, dries fast and so your projection is finished apace…. and when baked in a oven it's dishwasher safe!

– Articulate glass plates

– Foam brush

Instructions:

Launder and dry the clear drinking glass plates. Clean the underside of each plate with alcohol every bit per the instructions on the bottle of Chalkboard Paint for Glass. Let dry.

Using the foam brush paint the underside of each glass plate with the pigment. Paint with 2 – iii coats until entire surface is covered. Let dry.
